The candidate will be responsible for marketing, estimating and managing construction projects from $50,000 to $5 million.
Roles & Responsibilities:
*Participate in direct marketing with architects and owners to gain access to bid lists and negotiated work.
*Prepare detailed estimates and budgets to secure work.
*Prepare qualifications and proposals to secure RFP/RFQ based public work.
*Provide single point-of-contact for owners and architects while managing work secured.
Desired Skills & Experience
*Bachelor Degree: Construction Management or related field (OR relative experience)
*Possess skills & knowledge within commercial construction.
*5+ years experience in construction management
*Detail oriented approach to work
*Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email and Adobe Acrobat
Travel Requirements: Some regional travel will be required based on contract
