Baseline Brewery

When Baseline Brewery decided to relocate from California to Nashville, they commissioned Dowdle Construction and Will Jenner of Jenner Design to build out their new space within L&L Market on Charlotte Pike in West Nashville. Since we had renovated the L & L Marketplace building, we were primed and excited to build out the brewery’s individual space. 

The 4,136-square-foot space features high, exposed-beam ceilings, large steel windows, a 20-tap bar serving signature craft beers brewed on site and a 12-foot stage for live music performances. A large outdoor patio area is accentuated by a red-brick smokestack preserved from the factory that originally inhabited this restored historic building. 

Baseline Brewery was an anchor tenant for the market, and it brought us great pride to help them establish their space within this community destination.
