This project showcases our expertise in adaptive reuse, transforming an existing structure into a vibrant, open-air restaurant with a modern, urban-industrial aesthetic. In collaboration with Remick Architecture, we seamlessly blended contemporary design with the site’s unique topography to create a dynamic space.
A standout feature is the 2,700-square-foot outdoor patio, highlighted by a dramatic landscape design and a large, inviting fireplace. The 10,000-square-foot renovation also includes a striking 1,200-square-foot retractable roof, offering flexibility and an exceptional dining experience.
Custom metalwork—most notably perforated Corten steel facade—adds texture and character throughout. Two large glazed bi-fold doors (13 feet wide by 14 feet tall) further enhance the indoor-outdoor connection. Additional Corten elements, such as the fireplace barn doors, and patio tree tables, contribute to the space’s distinctive patina and appeal.
