Finishes and equipment for Milk & Honey were procured from throughout Europe, making it one of our most ambitious restaurant projects.
The 5,000 square foot restaurant features tile and ceiling finishes from Germany, countertops from Spain, gelato equipment and a wood burning pizza oven from Italy. The open floor plan has a full bar, chef’s open kitchen, bakery, gelato bar, and coffee shop.
This is the third project Dowdle Construction has completed for the Monen Family Restaurant Group.
