A hub of Nashville energy, the Farmers’ Market has long been a gathering place, but after years of use, the market needed a refresh. Dowdle Construction was commissioned to build a grand entrance on the north end of the market that accurately showcases the market’s importance. In addition, we expanded the south entrance to accommodate a future restaurant tenant.
Less glamorous, but equally as important, a new VRF heating/cooling system was installed throughout the space, and custom screen walls were fabricated and installed around equipment areas.
A typical market by day, the space can also be used for evening events.
