Piedmont Natural Gas Regional Service Center

Situated on 27 acres the Piedmont Natural Gas Regional Operations facility is certified LEED Gold. 

The 47,300 square foot office and warehouse features insulated metal panels, solar shades with wind and sun sensors, solatubes for interior office lighting, rain water collection and storage system, and a green roof.  The campus also has a 6,885 square foot vehicle maintenance shop, a 3,400 square foot training facility, and a mulched walking trail surrounding a creek and pond. 

The project won several development awards including the Urban Land Institute Development of the Year award.
