Progress Inc.

We completed the construction of an office and program space for Progress Inc., a support organization for adults with disabilities, located in Antioch. We partnered with architect Smith Gee Studio LLC. 

Because we were building on a former dump site, special accommodations needed to be made to create a foundation that would properly support the 4,260-square-foot building. We worked with the owner and the architect to keep the project within tight budget constraints.  

The building was designed to blend with the existing barn-style buildings of the campus. It’s primarily used for employment training, senior services and community-based day programming. It will be able to serve projected growth requirements for the organization. 

We enjoyed the opportunity to use our creativity and flexibility to create a functional space within budget. It’s always rewarding to be a part of serving the community.
