Southern Grist East Nashville

Dowdle Construction is proud to have constructed all of Southern Grist Brewing’s taprooms in Nashville, including their East Nashville relocation to Douglas Ave. 

Designed by Remick Architecture, Southern Grist’s latest taproom is almost 3,500 square feet – twice the size of their original East Nashville space on Porter Road.  

The new taproom features a floating bar with 40 taps, banquette-style seating inside, 2 outdoor patio areas, a full kitchen, a merchandise and to-go area, TVs and 24-foot glass garage doors that can be opened for air flow. It offers a wide selection of Southern Grist’s original craft beers on tap and a full menu of upscale bar fare. 

Southern Grist CEO and co-founder Kevin Antoon said that he continues to partner with Dowdle Construction for every project because of our “honesty, quality and shared vision.”
