New Skin Care Salon Build-out is Complete

ElàMar Esthetics Boutique now open in Sylvan Supply on Charlotte Avenue

Construction is now complete on the space for new medical aesthetics practice, ElàMar Esthetics Boutique.  Dowdle Construction Group built out the 3,347-square-foot space – designed by Dryden Architecture + Design – in the Sylvan Supply retail and office development on Charlotte Avenue in West Nashville.

Founded in Decatur, Ala., this is ElàMar’s second location offering luxury medical aesthetics and skin care services, including Botox®, dermal fillers, facials, microneedling and more.

“We’re thrilled to open the doors to our newest location here in Nashville, and to be in a cool spot like Sylvan Supply,” said ElàMar owner Dr. Marlin Gill. “We couldn’t be happier with how the space turned out, and we know it’ll be a welcoming space to carry out our mission of helping our customers feel beautiful.”

The interior features a copper-railed staircase that leads to the main lobby with pink terrazzo floors, blush walls and a 13-foot reception desk made of custom terazzo. The retail area and waiting room have modern industrial, custom-stained concrete flooring, high-gloss cabinets finished in antique rose and copper shelving with concealed LED strip lighting to optimize the display of products. The space also includes a numbing lounge and six treatment rooms with a texturized roman clay finish lining the hallway in between.

“We enjoyed working with Marlin and team as well as longtime design partner Nick Dryden,” said Dowdle Project Manager Kyle Swarm. “After working on and within L&L Market, we were excited to contribute to Sylvan Supply, another marketplace-style development just down the road. The Charlotte Avenue corridor is becoming a lucrative location for restaurants and retail, and ElàMar is a great addition to it.”
