STK Steakhouse was re-imagined from the building’s previous occupant, an upscale French restaurant. In just 35 days, the STK building went from a complete internal demo to being open for business. Furnished floor to ceiling with custom finishes, Dowdle’s superintendent worked over 90 hours per week to get the high end steakhouse open for business.
