Adele’s

We converted this 1950s automobile garage into a top-tier restaurant named after chef Jonathan Waxman’s mother, Adele.  The restaurant features a glass-enclosed patio, exposed bow truss ceiling, large steel casement windows, rollup doors and an open kitchen with a wood-burning oven, and a quarter sawn white oak bar top.

Adele’s is owned by Howards Greenstone’s Red Pebble Hospitality.
